Chris Stewart is probably the #1 option right now. This seems to be the working within our system offseason. The Dodgers couldn't offer that with Russell Martin getting the bulk of there starts and obviously the So can't offer that with AJ here. Hall is a pretty damn fine defensive catcher who isn't too great with the bat but is obviously lightyears better than Sandy or Widger with it and is actually a pretty good hitter against LHP (which makes him a great fit). However, he wants to play and I can't blame him, he's good enough to play quite a few games for a half dozen ball clubs at the least.
