hogan873
Encouraging for sure. Obviously Danks hasn't gotten great run support.

ILMOU
QUOTE (hogan873 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 10:36 AM) Encouraging for sure. Obviously Danks hasn't gotten great run support. Fortunately, he's tough enough to deal with it.
kjshoe04
I really don't think Gavin is getting the credit that is due from turning this season around. He's looked as good as last year recently, maybe better. After the shaky start he had I think we were all ready to jump off the Floyd bandwagon but he has really stepped it up and pitched incredibly. southsider2k5
That is one hell of a line from Gavin.
SoxAce
Story of his life. ^^^^^^^^^^^ He's gotta be saying it can't be this hard to buy a win in the big leagues.
MurcieOne
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 04:29 PM) That is one hell of a line from Gavin. I cant imagine that there have been many pitchers who have performed better than Gavin over his last 8 starts. His maturation these past 3 years has been amazing. I'm finally over Jon-Jon I'm a Gay(happy)-4-Gavin now!
Kyyle23
Buehrle's numbers should be updated seeing as they are only improving
RME JICO
Mark is now 2-1 with a 3.24 ERA in his last 5. Also, here is an interesting note about a change he made to his sinker grip that he did last night: "I changed my sinker grip in the bullpen because the last two or three games, it’s been cutting instead of sinking. So I moved my fingers closer together and I think it was probably one of the best sinkers I’ve had in a while.” http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/recap;_ylt=AtX...B?gid=290702107
