2. I am going to lose weight starting now.

 

3. I have done it before so I know I can do it again.

 

4. NSS,molto, and Jason can hold me to it seeing they see me on a regular basis.

 

5. I am hungry already.

I take it you've gained a lot of weight since you started EATING those ice cream sandwiches?

Since when is a gym only for people looking to lose weight? Perhaps I want to get fat? Who better to ask than fatties.

And Ill join in, again.

 

I went from 260 to 215 last year, but over this past year due to school and now work Im up to 240, not good.

 

Problem is I tore my ACL and I dont know what Ill be able to do exercise wise, but I need to eat healthier and less. Going back to Soxtalk Biggest Loser!

I have no experience with this, but maybe swimming?

Wow I thought this thread would be buried. I have done really good with my diet. I dont weigh myself but I am a lot more active and I dont eat as much red meat. By next summer I will be right where I want to be and my GF will make sure of that.

I went with the flu crash diet. I had the worst sore throat of my life from the virus and could hardly eat anything for the better part of a week. I ended up losing about 10-15lbs. Since then, I've been exercising and eating well so I haven't gained any of the weight back.
