Texas is good, but what's up with getting smoked at home like that two years in a row? I don't think that woulda played well if it had been the Sox in the playoffs losing to the same team two years in a row and getting eliminated at the Cell. I realize Maddon/Martinez did a nice job rallying past Boston, but quick exits in the playoffs are not ideal. It wouldn't have played well...but take note...the White Sox faceplanted against the Rays the only time they made the playoffs in the last 5 years. And at least we'd have made the d*mn playoffs.
