And when you consider the Bears have always played pretty well against Vick, they beat a Vick-led Eagles team (and this same offense) last season fairly solidly, and they are coming off two straight wins of their own as well as a bye, 8 points is too high. Meanwhile, Tennessee has done nothing of consequence other than beating Baltimore in week 2, which was clearly a letdown game for the Ravens.
