-Sweep of the Minnesota Twins,+1 to Sox lead on Tigers after fat potato blows a save on Sunday.

-Managing to split last week's 4 game series against the Tigers...this week. +1 to division lead.

Conditions are ripe for a bit of a letdown, so naturally, Kansas City occupies the next 3 squares on the Sox' calendar. Hopefully they build on these past few days and don't look back (making sure not to get too comfortable at the same time).

I want to dominate KC this series, and b**** slap them back into knowing dat we be da big dawgs.

First, this has a fun season. I am having a blast. Another

Big game for the White Sox.

But the Royals have been a royal pain in the neck. Just focusing

On this game. Just win it. Anyway. Ugly. Pretty. clutchy. Grindy. Whatever

RV has 13 relievers. Hope Gavin pitches well but if not give Santiago

Or Axelrod the ball. Just mix and match like yesterday. No letdowns.

GO WHITE SOX!

There is no better season than one where you come in with low expectations, and the team competes.

With the Sox playing KC and Detroit playing Oakland there's no reason that we shouldn't still be up at least 3 at the end of this series. Time to take care of business.

Amen.

I'll totally forget about the struggles with KC this year if we manage to sweep them here.
