Because it isn't a cause-serious-future-damage type of injury, it is a nagging muscle thing, and he is on the verge of 100 RBI. Only team that can leap frog them in the standings is Pittsburgh and the Pirates would have to go 2-0 and Chicago would need to go 0-2 for both to finish with identical records.
