Johnson's three home run adds insult to injury on the season. I mean before tonight when's the last time a Sox slugged 3 in a game?

My guess would be Albert Belle. Dick Allen? Or ?

Obviously that's the kind of production we could have used during 'The Great Collapse'

Konerko hit 3 few years ago.

Frank did it against Boston several years ago as well.

Quentin did it last year in Texas.

Kalapse any thought about this season at all?

It was a lot more fun than I thought it would be, the last few weeks sucked, Chris Sale is a badass, I look forward to watching Viciedo mature as a hitter, it blows my mind that I now respect Alex Rios as a ballplayer, it was a pleasure watching Adam Dunn do his thing and I find Robin Ventura incredibly annoying.

That's exactly what he was this year.

Yeah, except that the Sox got him as that on a minor league deal. They didn't have to carry him on the ML roster before September 1 unless Dunn/Konerko had significant DL time.

This time around, there is a good chance somebody is going to offer him a major league deal.
