Have to make Verlander come to you. DJ claims that Verlander doesn't look very confident tonight warming up. Might have something to do with his last month of results, Darrin. Of course, he strikes out the first two. Second offspeed pitch in the 1st, both to Beckham. Slider gets him. Both Eaton and Beckham took center-cut fastballs first pitch. I guess any hope of it increasing the further he gets away from the surgery is gone.
