Help me out here what Sale is going to pitch today / There seems to be Sale and someone that looks like him, One is effective while the other is not.

Chris locating his pitches well thus far. Nothing hit too hard, either. I'd throw more changeups and sliders if I'm Sale, everything they've hit has been a fastball on the outside

Just an awful second half for Sale. His slider has vanished.

He has thrown several good ones today. Flowers doesn't call it enough. Also where is his changeup?

Sale needs to relearn how to be a pitcher again next season and not a thrower. Dude has been getting pummeled all September because he thinks he can get by on a 98 mph fastball. Completely abandoning the slider again like April.

Some pretty encouraging pitching by Sale lately.

This truly is the worst season. Not even our ace is looking encouraging.

Whiffed on two fastballs up, so Sale leaves a fastball perfect spot right down the middle on a 1-2 count for Beltran

Terrible

That's a good point, Sale has become a thrower instead of a pitcher. Whether it's between his head or he's not confident in his slider, his downfall this second half is troubling. His control in the 3rd inning was atrocious and he was hurt because of it. Also Flowers needs to mix in some f***ing changeups and sliders
