All games besides the Braves/Cardinals dh start at 2pm...other games that mean something...

 

AL West/Second wildcard- Rangers clinch West with win or Astros lose.

Angels at Rangers

Astros at Diamondbacks

 

AL best record- Royals need to win or Blue Jays lose

Royals at Twins

Blue Jays at Rays

 

NL wildcard- if Cubs win and Pirate lose, the Cubs host

Cubs at Brewers

Reds at Pirates

 

AL wildcard- Yankees clinch homefield with win or Rangers and Astros lose

Yankees at Orioles

After playing in 158 games in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, Alexei Ramirez will finish the season with 154 games played.

He's just 22 . For the Sox to have an above average future Montas developing into an above average starter is key. The worst thing the Sox could do is use him in the BP . Let him develop his pitches to go along with the heater. He's clearly not ready to be a big league starter now but he has great potential.

Montas most likely done after 4 innings . If so ,finishes with 7K 3 BB 1 ER . Not bad . I'd like to see another inning from him. He's settled down. Pitch count around 76/77 might be his limit .

Last time Avi was up Castellanos committed an error but still no hits through his 2 game combined 8 innings against the Sox.
