Now that episode of Mr. Robot was great. A lot more like season 1.

I enjoyed it but that scene with the two masked gunmen shooting all the FBI agents felt off to me. Dom seemed a little TOO calm during that whole scene.

I also hated that they did the cliché of the bad guy using a semi-automatic gun to uselessly pour bullets into whatever barrier the hero is hiding behind instead of walking the 20 feet over to shoot her at point-blank range. I think they cut that scene before it was truly over but she shouldn't have survived that.

I want John Turturro and Fisher Stevens to star in True Detective season 3 as the same characters. That s*** Fisher Stevens pulled w/r/t the Viagra script was so NYC, I couldn't stop laughing.

RE: Mr. Robot. I am all in for Grace Gummer / Dom DiPierro. I think I know where the season is going and I'm enjoying all the pieces they've set out so the pace hasn't bothered me too much. The only thing I want a little more context/movement is Tyrell / his wife. What they're doing and how they fit into all of this. From the last episode I gather that she's been doing what? Paying people to feed the FBI bad info and try to keep the investigation off Elliot?

Is the new Star Trek show coming to CBS cable channel. It's always mentioned with CBS All Access, is that their streaming app?

Think it's just online

I love the way they brought this back and used it to add to the story line. I mean they have just incredible writers.

The first episode will be broadcast then they're going to put it through their streaming channel as an exclusive, at least for now.

I was on vacation last week so I just watched the latest Mr. Robot episode last night. Those first 15-20 minutes were pretty interesting. I liked the way they incorporated the 90's commercials in there as well. I actually remember that Bud Light commercial when it originally aired.

The pace is still incredibly slow but it looks like it might (hopefully) pick up pretty soon.

Somehow I didn't realize that

both gunmen shot themselves. Did they show that in the previous episode and I just missed it or was that why Dom specifically pointed it out in her conversation of how/why she survived?

Probably the best episode of Mr. Robot last night.

A lot of people came up with the prison theory after the season premier. It seems like the prison thing is similar to the Mr. Robot isn't real thing in season 1. Where it's hinted at, but not revealed till later in the season. This one was more subtle though.

I'm glad they finally revealed/confirmed it. It wasn't a big shocker. Now the big question is why he's in there. It can't be for killing Tyrell as he's still being reported as missing right? Can't be for the hack because everyone else is still free.

Maybe it was for hacking his therapists boyfriend and stealing his dog?

I'm confident it's not for killing Tyrell. People think he's responsible for the attack and is still alive. It probably has something to do with the dog and the therapists's boyfriend from season 1.

Wonder why Gideon threatened Elliott by saying he'd have him arrested back when he visited him earlier in the season. That doesn't make any sense given the reveal.

He was in a denial stage in his mind. To him he wasn't really in jail, even though he was.
