Teams kicked kickoffs out of bounds trying to keep it out of his hands, field position was gladly given away in order to keep the ball out of his hands. And the above NFL rule pretty much made sure he wasnt going to return any kicks anymore unless a team was really stupid, and by that point everyone wasnt going to be the one that kicked to him anymore. Either way, first order of business should be to make sure front office is willing and able to make Fangio one of, if not the highest paid assistant in the league.
