He brings a physical presence that the Hawks need. His goal against the Leafs was quite impressive in that he took a pass at his feet directed the puck to his stick with his skate and shot it all in one motion. https://www.nhl.com/video/t-283423460/c-50509903 If Q starts using him on the power play, where he will provide a net front presence , he could stay with the hawks through the playoffs. He was very good on the PP with Harvard. Outside of Panik, Anisimov and Toews the Hawks need more of that and Toews takes a beating down there . Fun fact: On 3/18 he scored a goal for the Hawks , on 3/11 he scored a goal against Harvard. The Hawks have won 16 of their last 19 games and 11 of their last 12 on the road. The referee seemed to impede Toews which should not impact the call but it did cause him to be offsides I actually like that on a bang bang play like that they seem to not be penalizing the team. It was not blatant and it did not impact the play. Toews was coming back to touch up it was not like he was entering the zone with Panik and gained the advantage of being ahead of the play.
