Would anyone be shocked if the Sox get swept?

No but that would be the worst thing to happen to this team right now outside of major injuries. Tonight is probably the second most embarrassing loss of the season.

Sale had a bad game that's call. Half a season to go and I think he is still the Cy Young leader

Unless you think the voters will just slobber over wins and losses, there's no possible way. And again, 5 crummy starts in 9. Not "a bad game".

Nope, banking on it now after this s*** show. I'd be shocked if the win 1

Hey maybe nothing kicks off a fire sale more than getting swept by the worst team in baseball heading into the ASB

He has no competition other than Salazar and Wright, who are both pitching way over their heads. I think he still has a shot, but he has to right the ship. FAST.

Hamels. Estrada (nobody gives a s*** about FIP). Tanaka.

Right now, I think Hamels wins it. Put Sale in fourth.

Edit- I forgot Quintana. Voters will see him as the second best on his own team just due to history, and he won't get a single vote.

Sale leading the majors in wins means something to the people who choose
