Thought they didnt start for like another month.

The US qualifying trials for swimming start today, so all the talk is how many events Phelps will qualify for. The track & field qualifications were this past weekend too.

But yeah, the actual Olympics begin July 27.

I'm much more into the team sports than individual sports. I'll be watching mostly basketball and soccer, with a little gymnastics, water polo, and volleyball mixed in.

During Winter Olympics, 90% of what I watch is hockey and curling.

I can pretty much watch any of the Summer Olympics. Even the gymnastics are amazing.

Winter Olympics bore the hell out of me. I don't get figure skating at all.

I'm the opposite. Winter is much more interesting to me with hockey, curling, and yes, women's figure skating (it's what happens when you grow up with an intense figure skating sister). Even throwing on some skiing or freestyle s*** is fun.

I just don't have interest in basketball since I'm not into the NBA anyway, and races aren't quite as fun to watch as games or other competitions. I'll watch some women's gymnastics, I'll end up watching swimming because of my wife. Track and field isn't exactly fun to watch either. And no interest in soccer either.

I'm with you. I love the Winter Olympics.

Only care about basketball to bet on it. I like wrestling and swimming. I can take or leave the rest.

And this is coming from a guy who has never seen snow.

Lochte is in Phelps head, all through the race he was peaking to see where Lochte was and he went all out to beat him.

Phelps really got outgunned in one of his best events last night too, the 200 m fly.
