That said, we knew he would be more of a line drive-hitting doubles/triples guy with hopefully Ray Durham-esque 12-15 homer numbers at the next level. Carlos Sanchez back in the CHA line-up, hitting 2nd. Kevan Smith at .345. Not sure if it's producing any footsteps for Avila. Probably not.
