Like you I'm a huge fan of Nolan Arenado. But if I'm the Rockies the Sox will need to include Sale in any trade talks for Arenado. They probably still wouldn't trade him. Like Sale there are only a few players that young and elite at their position.

Molina(32) Carpenter(29)and Wong (24) would be my response. That's the kind of impact trade I'd be looking for. Though Molina has a lot of mileage on those knees.

Looking back over the last 4 years that might be players like: 2012 Correa SS Buxton OF Zunino C 2013 Bryant 3B Frazier OF Appel P 2014 Schwarber C,OF Gordon SS Jackson OF 2015 Swanson SS Bregman SS Rogers SS In the mean time we can enjoy Sale pitching every 5th game and Abreu batting with no one on.
