southsider2k5 Posted August 12, 2016 Author Share Posted August 12, 2016 It was interesting to see the Sox use Fulmer for three innings last night. Could they stretch him out now? After last night, he is right about 100 IP for the season, after being around 150 last year including his college time. After throwing 45 pitches last night, he should be able to get into the 60-70 range in an outing next time around. No sense in calling up a replacement starter to sit on the bench for the next 4 days when we can call up a fresh arm to come out of the pen.
