Finally got around to watching the last season of The Killing on Netflix. Too bad they waited until the last (shortened) season to have the best season. I think, though, that the short season helped. The storyline was accelerated. They could have spent three episodes on Holder falling off the wagon, but keeping it to about a half an episode worked great.

Gotham is back tonight. The Challenge starts tomorrow. Oh yeah buddy.

Hell yeah!!!!

I tried to watch the new Real World season, especially cause it's in Chicago, but those f***ers are just too crazy for me to watch anymore. And not fun crazy, more like bats*** crazy.

Same boat, except I'm in deeper because the house was just down the street from our condo. Seeing all those locales that are literally around the corner has kept me invested but the cast is, as expected, full of idiots.

Is it? I didn't know.

Ugh, i just checked and it is a 8 episode series, not a self contained mini series. I also am not too confident that they can keep it up.

Limited to 8 episodes they should be able to do OK. I got a kick out of John Stamos being a bit part on it.

The editing is poor, I dont need HUGE neon letters telling me they are now on the PATIO.

They obviously spent quite a bit of time in my old hook at some of my haunts and the feedback of the groups wasnt very positive. Couldnt hold their liquor and s*** together which I believe is the reason they choose these people.

They've definitely changed the format and more come to terms with it being a "fake" reality show. In the past, you rarely saw cameras, now they constantly show scenes with the cameras in full view. And with all the skeleton stuff and constant on-screen words explaining situations, they are admitting that it's not the "real world" anymore, it's just us f***ing with some unstable 20-somethings.

Celebrity Apprentice started last night. I haven't seen one of those seasons in at least like 5-6 years, but man, Geraldo Rivera is such an asshat. I'm automatically inclined to dislike the Jonas brother on the show, but I'm glad he noticed how annoying Geraldo is.

I'm rooting for Gilbert Godfrey, Terrell Owens, and Shawn Johnson. I kind of want Lorenzo Lamas to do well do because it was so sad seeing him in the boardroom while they all talked about how he has no money and no celebrity friends. He looked really sad.

I can't watch anything with Trump anymore, mthe first few years of that show, it was the best reality show I ever saw but like Trump, it's become a joke.

Shark Tank is far superior.

Oh, I like Shark Tank infinitely more. I'm obsessed with that show. But since I don't have any shows on TV right now (that is changing this month), I figured I needed something to watch during the week and it's been fine so far.

It is sad seeing how fat Shawn Johnson got though. Not that I wouldn't still bang her, because she is only fat by comparison to her olympic days, but man, I remember the little skinny mousey girl who wore a Sox hat at the celebrity softball game like 2-3 years ago, and now she is more or less just has a regular soft American body.

Her adorable face still gets me though.

I've been watching my Breaking Bad barrel blu-rays each night before bed. It's really odd seeing the behind the scenes stuff from the early seasons when Bryan Cranston still has hair, Jesse is a skinny looking punk that acts nervous on camera, and Vince Gilligan doesn't have a mustache. Some really great content though. It's crazy how much work those set designers put in to scenes that only last 20-30 seconds on air. Bryan Cranston seems like one of the most down to Earth actors I can imagine. He is constantly joking and keeping it light and is having fun. It seems like that would have been an amazing fun crew to work on.

Also, a funny tidbit I learned was that Bob Odenkirk didn't even watch a single episode of Breaking Bad until like season 4 or something. He was on for 2 seasons and had no idea who these characters were. He said he would act a scene in a completely wrong tone at times because he didn't know if a guy was good or bad. He said something like "I was able to put together that this Gus guy I was always talking about did some bad things." lol. His character is the one who introduced Gus to the show! He said Cranston used to always bust his balls saying "Still haven't watched the show yet, huh Bob?". Kind of ironic the actor who seemed least interested in the show he was working on gets the lead in the spinoff.

There was a really good interview with him in GQ back when the final season was starting.

edit: he also trolled Comic Con in 2013 by going to the show and walking the floor in a Walter White mask

Both Olympians are soft in the middle.

And trump is boys with Geraldo so dont count on him leaving any time soon.

I am re-watching this and it is actually better the second time through as I am not as preoccupied with some of the thoughts I had originally and see better how things are playing out. I still think Jessie's role is pointless after Walt hooks up with Gus.

So I'm off of work early today and don't work until 1 tomorrow so I think I'm going to get about 10 episodes of Friday Night Lights in tonight. Complete binge watch.
