Vertical Sources: Chicago's Rajon Rondo preparing to attempt to play in Game 5 against Boston. Final decision TBD, but there's chance.

There is a really fun heavy transition based team that is tucked into a sloppy, slow-paced garbage fest body, and it really just needs to get unlocked by the right guard. Playoff Rondo is the only one so far, and I guarantee grant, carter-williams and canaan ain't it.

I feel bad for the grizzlies. They've been very good for a long time and they have almost nothing to show for it in terms of playoff success because the west has just had so many great teams during their run.

In the last 7 seasons, they've lost in the playoffs to the Spurs 3 times, the Thunder twice (both in 7), the Warriors and the Clippers (in 7).

Made the conference finals once.

:cheers

Surprised no one posted this. Long story short...reports that Paxson may overtake day-to-day duties and that his brother is expected to take on a larger role. Both moves are ones that diminish Gar's involvement.

Paxson is the better drafter and more aggressive, I like it.

Supposedly he wanted to actually address this mess, but was outvoted.
