Sanchez killed that ball to SS. I feel like he barrels up a lot of balls. I think the kid has got some good talent and can stick next year.

When Konerko retires, he's probably top 3 best fastball hitter on our team. (barring changes)

Paul Konerko's been a pretty weak hitter against fastballs the last 2 years
He was still top 5 on this team pretty easy. I'd argue top 3 actually.. well maybe 3 is a stretch. Edited by SoxAce

Yikes Avi. I still think that shoulder is still affecting his mindset defensively.

He's still very hesitant and needs to bust it and get back to the wall as quickly as possible...had time to get back and just didn't get it done. He's just not natural or fluid out there.

For as quick as he is getting down the line, he looks slower than Viciedo in the outfield.

Any ball that is going to the wall he pretty much bails on it. Any little looper, he gives up on. You understand cause of that injury, but you hope it doesn't affect him the rest of his career there like it pretty much did to Quentin.

Looking very very ragged that inning.

Other than eaton and Ramirez, we don't have any average fielders even...maybe Sanchez and flowers

Um, Abreu? He's definitely been average, if not, better than average.

Yeah kind of like being in between on the fastball as a hitter...he takes time to get to full speed, lacks the ability to get good jumps. Some players can improve but others just tend to struggle with what should be instinctual actions. If he can put up 25 homers and 35-40 doubles all is forgiven...but how likely are those numbers offensively?

He could actually be an interesting trade chip if he has big time value.
