A big reason myself and so many fellow Sox fans I know are cheering on the embarrassment of this season is their attitude towards the fans. They truly think we are all morons. The Blackhawks came right out and told fans they were rebuilding, it would be tough, it would take time, and you can respect that, even if the team is terrible. The White Sox CONSISTENTLY feed their fanbase bullshit, and expect us to believe it. They don't try in good faith to be the best team they can, and then the team calls out the fans for not going to games and giving them money. I'm sick and tired of this piece of s%*# owner, his lies, his nepotism, his disdain for the fanbase, and his penny wise pound foolish approach to ownership. This organization will need to EARN my fandom back by showing me they are serious about consistently winning this division, and contending for a championship. Until then? Get fucked.

And he's another year older. He had an .820 OPS before being traded, then a .720 OPS the last 50 games. I would put money on him being washed, but hey, like I said. He will be good for some hope for a couple weeks, at least. Might be the second best hitter on this AAA roster. Lol

Sure. He will be good for a week or two of hope, until we all realize there's a reason he wasn't signed by anyone, and he's just as washed up as the rest of the guys Getz signed. Why not? Lol

He got absolutely crushed in AAA? Yeah, he struck out 13, but gave up 12 hits and 3 walks? Why are we excited for this, and why are the Sox rushing him to the MLB, when he's pitched exactly two games in AAA? Do people really think he's ready?

Yep. White Sox are in danger of losing entire generations of fans by being a total embarrassment. There's absolutely no reason to be a Sox fan over a Cubs fan right now. Any young kid growing up liking baseball is going to choose the Cubs.
