  1. When’s the first no-hitter gonna be thrown against the Sox? Perhaps a perfect game? I feel like multiple ones will happen at some point this season.
  2. He knows as well as we do that nothing he does will make the team better (not that he has the ability anyway) and that he will never get a major league job again after this. I’m sure he’s just sitting back and cashing the checks as long as they keep coming.
  3. A lot of that had to be against the Sox, though. They shouldn’t get too excited.
  4. Oh, I can’t help you play better than Tiny Iota. That guy was great. (Please someone get this reference)
  5. I guess I don’t have a good reason. I just don’t think they can have the worst record in all of baseball history. Just seems impossible.
  6. The first one is in the bag. I still don’t think the second one is happening.
  7. This way of thinking is what got Apollo Creed killed.
  8. I’d say he answered it well enough. He took some blame for himself and admitted the team wasn’t put together to win. I’m happy to move past his time on the team and all the other players that were put together.
  9. I went to school in the same building, but not the same school haha.
  10. Now, that’s a name I’ve not heard in a long time.
  11. I totally respect where you’re coming from. My way of keeping cool is by laughing at the team. To me, it’s the next best thing to cheering for a competitive team. Quigley?
  12. You can’t tell you’re from California at all 😉 But seriously, how could finding some enjoyment in the inevitable losing be bad?
  13. I guess you don’t always gotta believe.
