Bishop. I really like this pick in this range. Too scary at number 3 for me though.

He is the ultimate boom or bust prospect, I wouldn't trust the Sox (or the Giants for that matter) to develop him.

I love Hunter Bishop.

If swing and miss concerns didnt exist he would be my #1 player on the board. To much risk in him hitting 230 with 180ks though

There is some right handed Bryce Harper in Vaughn's swing.  The power he generates with his load mechanism looks incredible.

So...who do you guys want the Sox to take with their next pick?

Depending on which HS arms slide, I could get on board with that. Otherwise Hampton would be a nice high upside pick, but I'm also kind of hoping for Fletcher in the third and I don't really see us taking high ceiling, low floor HS OFers with back to back picks.

Manfred is terrible at this.

It’s better than hearing Bud try to pronounce Los Angeles.

I'm pretty bullish on Langeliers. Really like this pick. Earlier than I thought. He was really linked to the Twins in this process.

I remember before the season started he was projected to go in the top 5.

Yep.  Would take a toolsy guy but we really need LH power.

Not a lot available on the FA market next year, from the LH side it looks like Markakis and Lonnie Chisenhall are about the only 2 options I see. I guess Corey Dickerson could count, 60 day DL for him currently and he's listed in LF.

That's disgustingly bad.

His body is so trash. I know hes a pitcher so it means less, but jesus christ does he remind me of pantload Joba. Two pitch nonsense from a big 12 school - hard fastball and decent secondary with nothing else.
