I could see us sweeping the Rangers then taking the first two from Tigers starting next weekend

That would have us 15 and 10. The tone and sentiment around here as well as on the field would be drastically different.

No 5 gamers until we bring in a legit LF who can hit. But if there is a time to do it, next week is the time. The schedule gets real interesting after that.

Goal posts will be dug up, and laid to the side for future use

Definitely not against the Red Sox, who are in the process of winning 8 in a row and three against the Twinkies, who are suddenly even more of a mess than the White Sox even...

Perhaps "fist" or "fisted" is more likely.

Hopefully it starts in Boston.

Given the OP’s avatar, perhaps Stinkfisted.

Or tonight.

Agree. Boston has won 9 straight with a lot of questions on their pitching staff so I figure we will end that at least but it would be great to sweep them.

This is the best time to play Boston. The law of averages smack teams hard in baseball.

Agree. Their offense is on fire but their pitching is suspect. Hopefully we dent that wall all weekend
