Joe Kelly threw over 20 pitches in a simulated game and feels ready to go.

Tony La Russa was a little cagey about it, but seems like the next step would be Charlotte stints next week for Kelly and Tim Anderson. Kelly’s could be very brief, since he feels ready to pitch.
