#Orioles do not know who will lead baseball operations in 2019, but recently hired Doug Witt and Rich Amaral as pro scouts. Witt is the brother of former pitcher and agent Bobby Witt, and uncle of high-school SS Bobby Witt Jr., whom BAL might select with No. 1 pick next year.
