Lance Lynn will pitch one of the doubleheader games tomorrow. Sox will go with their standard operating procedure in picking other starter: see how today goes. If Kopech doesn't pitch today in relief, he could be the guy. If he does, look, perhaps, to Reynaldo López. We'll see.
