White Sox placed right-handed pitcher Joe Kelly on the 15-day injured list (retroactive to April 9) with a right groin strain, selected the contract of right-hander Keynan Middleton from Triple-A Charlotte and outrighted right-hander Jonathan Stiever to Charlotte.
