Tony La Russa said that Dylan Cease will pitch the regular-season finale a week from today. He told @JRFegan and I here in Cleveland that Lucas Giolito and Lance Lynn will pitch Friday and Saturday, order to be revealed, setting both up with regular rest for Game 1 of ALDS.
