Well, it goes back to when I used to participate in the Cyberskibber.com online game (back in the '90s before it cost money) I was trying to figure out a name for my Sox team, but i then created a Marlins team with the name "Fishheads". I thought that I could transfer the "-heads" suffix after the name Sox, and boom - Soxheads was born. Of course I can always be reffered to as heads, Alex, or the name "misdirectedrage"
So there.

Yeah, we're used to being called SS's "Helpers." After all it was my idea for the PTC contest over on espn and Alex (Sox4Life) set up the blogger site.

Jorge Julio drilled Maggs in the back so Colon missed Hairston with the first pitch, nailed him with the second. Hairston walked towards the mound, and the benches cleared. No punches thrown or anything.

When Frank is happy and hitting well....the team is playing well....and winning.
Well, this team's bats couldn't be held at bay for too long, IMO. They have too much pop, and hopefully in this upcoming series they will explode.

I've been pleased so far with how he's doing. He's got 9 homers (albiet all solo shots), but he's gotten theat average up above .270.

Hey Roman, you were a Marine, right? If so, where were you stationed?
I was in from 92-97 after getting a 1-year extension to go on another Westpac cruise and see more of the world. Made Sargent before we hit Thailand, then they wanted me to do a B Billet (DI, Recruiter, MSG) or I'd have to get out, which I did. My Unit was disbanding anyways due to Clinton cut-backs.
I was with 1st ANGLICO (Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company), 1st SRIG, which was an airborne unit across the street in Pendleton from Force Recon. Had 42 parachute jumps before a good friend of mine died after he got tangled in his chute and drowned in Lake Pulgas.
Just curious.
I think Roman is 16.
