    I'm in Iowa. Just so guys know, I am the guy that does the Soxtalk calendar, so if you guys would be interested in seeing anything added to that tell me. It will have all the Sox games with time and channel. I had it done once, but something happened to it. I may add player B-days again, too.

    and while you bash Michigan elsewhere out of blind hostility, let me take a moment to comment that what Self did with the recruit(s) is just plain wrong - so  :fyou  Kansas and  :fyou  Self and all his stolen recruits - I am on board with you on this on Big 10 solidarity

     

    no doubt in the Big 12 we must all be Iowa State fans now  :headbang

    The only other team I'll cheer for is usually Oklahoma.

    when you are working out, do some for the lower back. the one thing that most forget you need to do the same amount of exercise to the opposite side of the muscle. so the bottom line if you are doing regular sit-ups, then do the invert sit-up. i can't think of what it is called.

     

    then do a slooowwww streching exercise for the lower back.
