One appearance isn't going to move the needle on Graveman's value regardless. It's not a Kelly situation where teams might be skeptical about his health.

I would say overhauling player development (pitching specifically) is the most pressing organizational issue aside from replacing Jerry, Kenny, and Rick.

I don't mind keeping TA because the team will very likely have no incentive to be bad. It feels very similar to a Giolito situation from last year.
