One more thought on Trump. He doesn't seem to have aged like every other president in the past 50 years. It could just be hair dye and really good facials. Or he handled the stress better than all the rest. Kudos to him.

Easier to handle the stress when you don’t give a fuck about anyone but yourself

He's got a sweet golf swing for a guy his age.  His looks are prolly enhanced by 2 hours a day of hair and makeup.  Can't blame him for that, Biden used to be white as a sheet but currently is more tanned up.

Plus the family has been running cons for generations now.  Pretty used to it.

When you either golf or watch TV all day, they only thing that is stressed is your belt. Would love to see him without his Just For Men and bronzer.

Ted Cruz is leading another group of R Senators that will reject the Electoral College. What a pussy. The same guy Trump accused of rigging the Iowa Caucuses. How come he wasn’t for a do over then?

Ted used to have a different opinion.

Lost in the shuffle is the safe harbor provision of the Electoral College Act. Congress is compelled to accept the Electoral certs of every state but Wisconsin who missed the Dec 8 deadline.

We still don't have any details about him being rushed to Walter Reed in 2019.

Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

Section 2. The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.

Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

And we never will get those details. It is concerning when we don't know about the health of a president especially when it can influence his decision-making. Trump is probably doing all right for a man his age, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have issues. But this is not new. Kennedy had his Addison's and Eisenhower suffered after his heart attacks and strokes. As time goes on, we will need to know what is going on with Biden.

Navarro could be alluding to martial law and executive order seeking to delay Trump's departure. It's a little odd that a number of public officials seem to continue in campaign mode. Silly rules.

I'm sure John Adams made that same phone call to Georgia when he lost to Jefferson.

Let's trust our system works,  enjoy the show, and vote out anyone who tries to subvert the will of the voters.

What's the benefit of if Trump were to win GA on an overturn, if that could even happen?

The little I understand makes me think Biden would still have the number he needed sans GA.

In the call he says he expects several other states to flip to him soon. So there are probably similar calls in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere, just a question of if they destroyed the recordings.

Pause for a moment and consider that Trump is right.  The election was stolen from him and he couldn't stop it. The courts were against him.  The majority of Republicans are afraid to side with him because for some reason Democrats are allowing some of them to win. Law enforcement,  including departments he runs are against him.

I believe fraud is more common than you think. There are a lot of folks that claim Texas as their home state to avoid certain types of income tax, but they have retired and moved away. Since they continue to claim Texas as their residency they vote in Texas even though they don't currently meet the legal requirements. There is a cottage industry helping full time RV owners establish Texas as their "home", again they do not meet the legal requirement in Texas to vote here. Then there are the people who move within the state and forget to change their vote registration but continue to vote in their former district.

I find the contrast here interesting. FWIW, here's the relevant federal statute.

Quote

A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office—

(1)knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for—(A)

registering to vote, or voting, or attempting to register or vote;

(B)

urging or aiding any person to register to vote, to vote, or to attempt to register or vote; or

(C)

exercising any right under this chapter; or

(2)knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—(A)

the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or

(B)

the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held,

shall be fined in accordance with title 18 (which fines shall be paid into the general fund of the Treasury, miscellaneous receipts (pursuant to section 3302 of title 31), notwithstanding any other law), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

Georgia also has a similar law at the state level.

Unfortunately, that f**k has probably convinced himself that he really won, so he can claim he doesn't know he's pushing something false, ficticious or fraudulent.
