Fortunately we have Leury who needs playing time and never seems to get hurt. Dependable, like herpes, always coming back.

I'm thinking of taking up a new hobby. Maybe picking up a heroin habit. Something more productive than watching this season fall apart.

I'm liking April baseball more after taking Kalapse's lead and not watching games the team isn't taking seriously.

eloy is a nice kid

but he needs to go sell cars or work at wells fargo.

He could get hurt playing with legoe - useless.

You ever step on one of those things? It's no joke.

Thought it was Vaughn or Madrigal and stuff?

It was a hypothetical I posited prior to start of '21 season and this Board threw up all over it. Some of the comments in defense of Eloy were hysterical. The majority of posters here have consistently overvalued Eloy from day one, wouldn't surprise me that some here still do.

If Vaughn does well and stays healthy  in left, they have to let him stick. Let Eloy begin his new job at DH and learn first base.

Eloy would hurt himself in a week in the infield.

He literally hurt himself running in a straight line.  God forbid he has to move laterally using whatever fast twitch muscles are left in his legs.

This was all probably due to the criticism he received yesterday for not running out the grounder. I’ll show them!
