Kelly was just throwing a pitch and he strains a hamstring. Are they not stretching enough? Are they lifting too many weights or not enough ? Spending any amount of FA money on relievers unless it's just "fuck you" money where it doesn't affect any other financial decision -- is beyond stupid. There were a decent amount of mid to back end bullpen guys that took one year deals for less AAV they could have also rolled with.
