Could be a BPPV benign paraoximal positional vertigo where he only has issues with his head in certain positions.

The looking up over his shoulder in the OF would do it.

I had vertigo of the type you describe.  Went to a vertigo specialist in Hinsdale.  He could tell me by looking into my eyes when I was experiencing Vertigo by moving me around into sitting, laying, and shifting positions.  He prescribed exercises and I was over it in approximately 10 days.  It has something to do with the inner ear I believe.

It is the inner ear. It's the position of the otoliths (little rocks) in the semi-circular canal.

The tests and exercises are usually the Dix-Hallpike maneuver.  Although there are others.

The episode is usually resolved with 2 weeks or so.

So you are saying we should see Robert back soon?

So who is going to get hurt in the next 3 days so our lineup isn't complete

Active Hurt / Not Fully Healthy

  • Eloy is still hurt.
  • Joe Kelly is hurt, though Tony is going La La La La La La La La and pretending he is not.
  • Grandal doesn't appear to be able to catch more than once a series.
  • Ditto Engel (healthy/good enough to go once a series)

Hopeful

  • Harrison is fine after 3 of 4 days rest.
  • Liam is OK now that he has returned to sea level.
  • Tim has recovered from All Star Game Jet Lag.

Still on the IL: Bummer, Burger, Crick, Lopez, Robert, Velasquez

Still Dead: Crochet, Mendick, Neidermeyer, Stiever

Exactly what I said too. Literally every time we're only one position player away and there's some light at the end of the tunnel, the next injury comes in

Add Liam to the Active Hurt.

I don't think we will see him on back to backs again this season.

Graveman is another one to keep your eye on.

I never had it fully diagnosed but I had a bad bout of what you're describing for like 3-4 months, it finally went away after doing some exercises recommended by my doctor. But it SUCKED. Whenever I would get up from bed or a chair, I would get light-headed, dizzy, that rush of blood feeling, it was awful.
