Why is Sheets still around?  Hahn really sucks

Like someone tweeted earlier: he's obviously not in there for defense, and if he's hitting 8th that's everyone admitting that he isn't in there for his bat, so why is he playing?

Hope Sheets made good use of his 2 mill signing bonus as a second rounder. Looks like he's another guy not going to make it, at least with the Sox. Kind of sad. He looks so good in a uniform.

Because the stubborn morons in charge are enamored with his success last year and don't want to admit he's not good. Haseley should've been up here a long time ago - he's also probably not very good but at least he can kind of play defense and walk a little.

This team is poorly constructed, but Tony does nothing to help this team win on the margins right now, which is where they unfortunately need to be winning. They arent going to out talent anyone at this point so putting your players in the best possible position to succeed is how you win. Having Gavin Sheets available for Tony to play is a crime against the rest of the team and the fans. His instance on getting him in the lineup is beyond maddening. He doesnt do anything positive, where as playing Engle instead would at least prevent runs in the outfield.

Maybe we can win the division with a $300 million payroll, only five times the Guardians.  Or do they still need to go up to the $350-400 million range?

With Tony and Hahn, looking at $500M to play it safe and clinch an 85 win season and the AL Central.

At least he and his father qualify for lifetime MLB pensions...

Cueto getting frustrated now, too.

Please ease his pain and trade him to a more deserving franchise.

Just one walk and K in 75+ pitches. Lots of ground balls.  He would love facing the Sox.

A's announcers can't understand why Harrison was swinging too hard instead of just focusing on making contact...

Because he's pressing. They all probably are. It's what happens when literally all of what are supposed to be your best hitters are constantly injured.
