Jose chokes again with RISP.

Abreu is the worst clutch player on the team this year by FanGraphs' clutch measure. Which means he performs way better in average leverage situations compared to high leverage situations. Harrison and Anderson are slightly better than him. If you've watched the team this year, those numbers make a lot of sense.

Why are you changing your approach with the bases loaded.  It makes no sense.  Stop it.

What happened to the pitcher being the one in trouble in those spots?  All these guys just freak the hell out.

Jose awful with the bases loaded. Hacking at everything.

What's weird is that he was super patient against Bautista yesterday. He got his best pitch to hit on the first one and couldn't do anything with it.

He leads the American League in hits with a 141 OPS+

Like Hawk used to say it’s not what you hit, it’s when you hit it…….worthless with bases loaded.

Hung that cutter right down the plate. Of course he hit a really hard ground ball, that the Sox can't score on. Lol...

Bases loaded for Abreu, and of course he's just swinging at everything.

It was a line drive that had a chance to be caught on the fly so if Zavala's 1st move isn't back towards 2nd base he get's doubled off if it's caught. No way too many catchers score on that.

That was type of mistake Sox would have made this year

I doubt Mateo is in the O's longterm plans. He's not gonna be their starting SS when they're actually trying to win.
