Cease does the same thing but he doesn't make it look like he's definitely got spider tack in his hair.

Given how league wide spin rates cratered and now are on the rise again, I think it's obvious pitchers found a spider tack equivalent that's more difficult for umps to check. You wouldn't see spin rate increases like this if all they were using is sweat and rosin.
