Chick Mercedes Posted October 22, 2022 Share Posted October 22, 2022 (edited) I don’t know, sometimes I think it’s better to pull the trigger on guys that are in demand and just get a guy you like instead of 6 thousand interviews with 6 thousand guys, and risk losing the guy you liked (most). It is never going to be an exact science, and I don’t think teams increase their odds for success by trying to over-science the process. Don’t make obvious mistakes like hiring elderly drunks though.
