This is a LOSING front office void of any leadership, coaching, mentoring and guidance!

This what happens when there is major apathy and carelessness from the owner. Jerry's lack of leadership and smart ownership decisions, consequently trickles down to KW and RH. The dysfunctional FO of KW/RH has failed miserably at every major baseball decision necessary to build a winning team. One of their many debacles was hiring this bush league manager Grifol and his entire inept coaching staff.
