  1. Can some one tell me how to make a cool sig, it would be greatly appreciated.
  2. sorry lefty handed pitching sorry about the type-o
  3. I agree totally with you, but what do you do when a lefty is starting....that's why I'm saying we need a UINF that can hit right handed pitching.
  4. I'm new to the board, and I love this place...I was wondering where did you guys get those cool signature pictures? Some are great....if you guys could fill me in, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  5. Welcome aboard, I did the same thing you did. I googled this site, joined a couple days ago and now I can't get enough....This Site is great....GO SOX!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Hope to see everyone on April 4th
  6. Sign him....You are taking a risk that is about the same as Willie playing everyday. What's the worst that could happen...you have more depth on the bench, you got a right handed bat that can play against lefties (b/c everyone knows Willie couldn't hit left handed pitching to save his ass.) and he seems to have a solid glove, good speed, and a bat with pop. This would make much more sense then signing Alex Cora who is just another Willie Harris. So I say either sign him or Ciaro (sp) but please don't sign Cora. Odds are Cora will be a Sox.
  7. Best staff on paper 1. Bosox (they have 6 solid starters in Schilling, Clement, Wells, Miller, Arroyo, and Wakefield and a pretty deep pen and solid closer) 2. Yankees (right now they have 3 solid starters Mussina, Vazquez, Pavano, and 2 question marks in Brown and Wright. Can Brown stay healthy (if they don't trade him) and can Wright be solid without Mazzone. They also have a solid bullpen and the second best closer in the game.) 3.White Sox (We are the only other team in the Al that you can name all five starting pitchers and they give us a chance to win every game. We now have an upgraded bullpen with a person who can give us a spot start here and there in Hermanson.) But who knows what will happen and how things will pan out. That's why they play the games.
  8. Me gusta El Duque. Conde me en.
  9. I think El Duque will be fine this year. His shoulder should be fully healed by now and stronger than his shoulder that did not have surgery. This is coming from a person who has had rotator cuff surgery before. It takes about a year of rehab to get the shoulder mobilized and working again. So with two years of rehab and strengthening and about 1/2 of a season to get comfortable to his new shoulder he should be fine. I look for good things in ‘05 from him.
