I love Murphy. He's the ONLY show in town to turn to during the offseason for baseball talk.

 

You have got to be kidding me. Murph runs his show like he is catering to 10 year olds in the 1950's. He has idiotic sound effects and I'd rather listen to fingernails on a blackboard than his voice. He thinks there is always some conspiracy or something and the "Andy McPhail...FAIL" got old about 3 years ago. He needs to stuff a combo from Browns in his mouth and shut up.

Expect the complete opposite of this. The venue has changed and the attendance limited to combat the problems of the last 2 years. This one will likely be the best since the ones of the mid 90's. Those were fun.

 

I am looking forward to this years Fest for that reason. I really enjoy the seminars and the garage sale, but the best part for me is hanging out with a bunch of Sox fans for the weekend.

It really depends on the poster, not the reliability of the board. Otis himself has a reputation of being correct, let's hope he is again. I'm not going to not believe Otis just because he tells it to the WSI guys and not ours.

Apparently he posted the first Nomar/Maggs deal here, and you guys gave him a bunch of s***. I suppose that could be why he only posted it at WSI this time.

It seems that the Red Sox feel the need to unload Nomar becase of the Arod fiasco that is why it appears to be more to the White Sox advantage. I'd do it in a heartbeat.
