  1. QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ May 1, 2011 -> 09:18 PM)
    Odd symmetry here:

    The first plane crashed into the twin towers while I was in the shower. I head about Bin laden's death while sitting on the toilet.

    On a more serious note: Thumbs up to our special forces.

    That's the most awesome thing I've ever had the pleasure of reading!!!! Hahahahaha :lolhitting

  2. Having grown up in the south, I know that a lot of the time we see stories where people have died from these storms, its simply because they are used to it and take things for granted ...they don't think it'll ever happen to them and do not take it as seriously as they should. I know that in Arkansas, you can get federal grants to help pay for a storm cellar, they are expensive, but a necessary investment here in the south. I just pray these storms are done and we can make things as normal as possible for those directly impacted.

    That depends are you going to tell us all...

    "Awww thanks everyone for the anniversary wishes, made my day ..love you all!!!! Xoxo"

    Nooo ...

    ...I would never tell you guys that I love you, are you kidding me?!?! Hahahaha LOL jk

  4. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 29, 2011 -> 07:12 AM)
    My wife was Facebook friends with someone that passed away in the past year. Her page was still up and yesterday was her birthday. Most people that posted said stuff like "We miss you so much on your b-day today", "You will always be in our hearts" or whatever. But there were still people that posted wishes saying "Happy Birthday! Hope you have a great day!" Are you really oblivious to the fact that the person is dead? Do you just post that stuff without even glancing at the person's page or is there some kind of automated program that posts b-day messages? It's very creepy.

    There's no automated program, those people are just idiots! They're the people who just add anyone and everyone because it makes them feel special to have so many fb friends .... then they get the notification that its someone's birthday, they're not going to pass up the opportunity to post something ...they want to feel like they're a part of something whenever that mass " Awww thanks everyone for the birthday wishes, made my day ..love you all!!!! Xoxo" post, goes out!! It's pretty lame if you ask me ...

  5. Jpn, I'm glad you're ok. That's why I got on here, to make sure all were ok!!

    I'm in Arkansas. The storm that killed all those people in Alabama came right through here, I had my first trip to a storm cellar, scary scary moment! Took our power out for 24 hours, my phone died and Chase was freaking!! But all is well. Still a lot of clean up to do to get vilonia, Arkansas back in order. Today is sunny and warm, if you weren't directly impacted by these storms, you would never know they were here.

    On the upside at least it's an injury holding him back. It wouldn't be a good sign if he was in extended two years in a row and was healthy.

    Very true!!

    He gets to start throwing a little bit tomorrow.

  7. QUOTE (danman31 @ Apr 1, 2011 -> 06:49 PM)
    Ha you've already been way ahead of everyone on a few things so you could do nothing the rest of the year and we'd still love you. Is Chase in extended again this year?

    HAHA perfect!! That's awesome!

    He is. He usually averages right around 1.8 seconds on his throws from home to second and they were clocking him at 2.1, so he had x-rays and an MRI done and there is a tear in his flexor :( ..It has been hurting him for a while, but he played through it because he didn't want to have training room time on his record! LOL ..Johnny O made him go, though, so he had no choice. Rehab's going alright, but he's frustrated because he wants to be playing ball!!

    You'd make my year if you told me Kenny Jr. decided to voluntarily retire. Instead, I'm sure I'm going to have to watch him hit .190 and get 450 at bats for the Barons.

    You're definitely going to be watching him in Birmingham ....hopefully he blows your freaking mind!! Hahahaha

    This thread needs a lozenge.

    Lol I know, right!?

    I know A LOT of things before you guys that I'm just not allowed to share ...I knew about Morel moving up way before he did ..Chase did room with KWjr after all.

    It gets frustrating when I can't say anything!! Lol
