I still think his biggest shortcoming was not having the team ready to play at the start of the season. They almost recovered, but never really did. The team looked complacent as if they could just go out and turn it on, and they were thoroughly outplayed for far too long into the season. Kenny's biggest flaw was not being able to pull the trigger.

Good riddance! Too bad a team that was "serious" about contending didn't dump his ass in May, June, or July when a part of the season could have been salvaged. Instead..... we're treated to 2 weeks of Corpseball every month mixed in with a Cotts start because we already won that NYY series..... too bad it was AUGUST!
