now all i really knew about him before this amazing 43 pt performance was he is like jr's nephew. But what a play going down and scoring making it a 2pt game with 3sec left, stealing the inbound, and hiting the fade away three to win it. I dont understand y uconn inbounded it so quickly when they shouldve waited for a better pass because they shouldve locked that game up easily. but anyways, great performance by rice who i guess is one of their top players.
