The Wake Up Show

Featured Replies

I think it may have just started yesterday, but has anyone else seen it? I just noticed it was on at 4am so I checked it out, and what I've seen so far is quality. It's the radio show condensed into a half-hour. I've heard some stuff from Sway and Tech before and it was really good, freestyles mostly. I'm pretty sure they've been on the radio for a while, doing the Wake Up show out of St. Louis. I'm pretty sure it's where Dr. Dre heard Eminem, and signed him based on the stuff he did on the air. It's mostly underground hip hop, but I guess since Sway has been on MTV for a while they can get celebrities on the show easier.

Anyway I'd recommend the TV show based on a first impression, they have good, honest interviews and some impressive freestyles.
