Since it turned out the slugging a guy who makes out with your wife in public is not cool but not that unusual a thing for a guy to do and the weapon was decided to be incidental to fist striking Guerraa and all the witnesses were interviewed and the evidence gathered,, the Oakland County Circuit Court - which hates rappers by the way - did either a Cobbs plea or a Killebrew plea, I am not sure which, one is decided by the judge and one by the prosecutor, and he got probation on one count (slugging Guerra) and the other was dismissed.

I would prefer my musicians to have no criminal records but you take them as they come.

And Jason, since I work in a law office you know I get to look at the records - we have our ways - and I did a lot of research on Eminem for a lot of reasons, one of which is I am writing an article on him for Christian Century magazine. That will fun if it is ever published...
